Discription of our work ?

Restoring Automobile body panels back to their original shape after a collision. A computerised quotation and management system helps us to achieve this. We have a PPG / Standox computerised paint system with life time warranty on fading and cracking in a separate indoor painting mixing room.

We have a Wedge Clamp Chassis Straightening system with hydraulic pumps and pulling clamps up to 10 tons; horizontally & vertical with true bed. A analogue measuring system included.

Our Smart 6*10 spray booth and baking oven can take up to Vitto Busses, we also have a well ventilated gas preparation dry booth with incoming and outgoing filtration system to meet safety regulations.

Separate preparation stations for ultimate perfection, sophisticated tools as required by major vehicle manufacturers and Insurance companies.
Headlamp settings facility and equipment.

Air-conditioning Refilling Unit

Paint less dent removal technician for pushing and massaging dents, with mobile unit to serve the client where it suits them.
